We’re looking for a passionate, ambitious and creative chef to join a growing hospitality and events group operating across restaurants, street food, festivals and new food concepts.
This is a varied role for someone who wants more than just running a kitchen. We’re looking for a chef who wants to help shape brands, develop menus, lead teams and be part of exciting projects as they grow.
The role will involve overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, helping deliver high-quality service, working on menu development across multiple concepts, and supporting festival and event catering throughout the year, in particular heading brands that support our partnership with Notts County Football Club.
We want someone who is hands-on, organised, enthusiastic and genuinely excited by modern food culture, music, events and hospitality.
The Role
- Leading kitchen operations and maintaining high food standards
- Managing prep, service and kitchen organisation
- Developing new dishes, menus and food concepts
- Supporting festival and event catering operations
- Working across multiple hospitality and street food brands and sites
- Helping launch and shape future projects
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and operational standards

This role is ideal for a dedicated culinary professional eager to lead a creative team while delivering exceptional dining experiences. This will be a flexible role working between our venue and outside events and festivals in the region.
