Caretaker – External/Internal duties
Rotational Shift Pattern – Dayshift, Backshift, Nightshift
Cameron Toll Shopping Centre £13.30 per hour
Cameron Toll Shopping Centre is an undercover Shopping Centre with 46 Tenants including 2 major supermarkets and an on-site gym, over a 9.5-hectare area. The centre has a close relationship with the local community, charities and community initiatives. We are currently seeking to appoint a Caretaker to join our caretaking team. Reporting directly to our Soft Services Supervisor and Centre Management.
This is a permanent position working an average of 42.6 hours per week over a rolling rota. including nights and some scheduled weekends off.
We are looking for a flexible individual with a professional attitude to work to join this established team.
Duties include:
· Emptying Bins and Compactor Use
· Litter Picking / Clearing of External Car Park
· Minor Repairs Internally / Externally
· Cleaning Toilets on Weekends
· Liaising with the Management Team
· Winter Months - Salting of Car Park

Requirements :
· Ability to commute/relocate to Edinburgh, EH16 5PB before commencing the position.
· UK Drivers Licence is preferred but not essential.
· Right to Work Status Within the UK.
