We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Assist in identifying and engaging potential clients through various outreach methods
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using IT systems
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and organisational deadlines
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings
- Experience or interest in B2B sales environments
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM software, MS Office suite, and email platforms
- Effective time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability
