Responsibilities:
- Diagnose faults and repair Upvc & Aluminium windows & doors.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
- Replace faulty components and perform necessary repairs to ensure proper functionality
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, including parts used and work performed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Window/Door Repair Engineer or similar role
- Strong troubleshooting skills in diagnosing and repairing windows & doors
- Knowledge of window & door hardware and identifying parts
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Company vehicle provided. Own mobile phone & hand tools required.
