CocoMart 合澜社 is one of the largest Asian supermarkets in the Nine Elms & Vauxhall area, offering Asian groceries, snacks, drinks, frozen foods, household essentials, and lifestyle products to the local community.
As we continue growing, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Store Manager to lead daily operations, improve store performance, and help drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the supermarket
- Manage staff schedules, training, and team coordination
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Plan and optimise product displays and visual merchandising
- Monitor stock levels, product availability, and store presentation
- Organise in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, tasting events, and marketing activities
- Help increase footfall, customer engagement, and overall sales performance
- Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and operational efficiency across the store
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with suppliers and management when required
Requirements
- Previous supermarket, retail, or grocery store management experience preferred
- Strong understanding of product merchandising and retail presentation
- Experience organising promotional or in-store events is a plus
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of sales-driving strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Responsible, organised, and detail-oriented
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- English required; Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Right to Work in the UK
