Monday–Friday
Our client is looking for an experienced Plumber to carry out plumbing, heating and maintenance works across a busy accommodation site.
Duties include:
- Heating systems (vented and non-vented)
- General plumbing and pipework, including copper hot works and plastic connections
- Bathroom suite renovations and refurbishments
- General building maintenance across site
- Painting, decorating, flooring, carpentry and labouring as required
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Occasional weekend rota 40–45 hours per week average
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 equivalent qualification
- OFTEC qualified or experienced (preferred, as majority of systems are oil fed)
- Gas Safe registered (preferable but not essential — salary may be negotiable if held)
- Previous building or maintenance experience preferred
- Basic carpentry skills and construction knowledge an advantage
- Multi-trade skills and awareness of other trades
- Flexible, adaptable and hardworking
- Team player
