Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join MPGQS in the United Kingdom. Based in either UK, Europe, US or Middle East, this role is vital in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of our projects within data centres, mission-critical facilities, and pharmaceutical environments. Responsibilities
- Manage cost control processes for construction projects in data centres, mission-critical facilities, and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets.
- Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Conduct risk assessments related to project costs.
- Provide accurate reports on financial status to stakeholders.
- Support contract administration activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the property or construction industry with Professional Qualifications.
- 10 years plus MEP experience.
- Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Preferred experience with data centre or pharmaceutical projects.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software.

Pay: £43,433.95-£94,170.81 per year
