We are partnering with our client to recruit an experienced Senior Programme Manager to oversee the delivery of a major rooftop solar PV programme across the Midlands region.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a renewable energy professional with strong programme management experience and a track record of delivering complex infrastructure or energy projects.

- Lead the delivery of multiple rooftop solar PV projects across the programme

Ensure programme delivery aligns with strategic business objectives

Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance

Prepare monthly updates and presentations for Steering Committee meetings

Lead stakeholder engagement across clients, contractors, and internal teams

Oversee programme risks, governance, and reporting

Manage and mentor project managers and coordinators

Drive continuous improvement and programme optimisation

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Extensive programme or project management experience within renewable energy

Strong solar PV delivery experience preferred

Experience managing complex programmes with multiple stakeholders

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Financial management and reporting experience

Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline preferred
