Peacock & Binnington are one of the UK’s premier Agricultural Machinery Dealers with market leading brands from Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Valtra, JCB, Lemken; Joskin, Vaderstad and Stihl plus other valued franchises and we are looking for a full time Depot Administrator for our Corringham branch to provide general administration support and reception duties to the branch.
Working predominantly for the Parts and Service departments, the successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth flow of admin through the branch - from job card creation to final invoicing, time processing in the workshop and booking training, to keying purchase invoices, electronic ordering from suppliers and general reception duties.
The position would be 39 hours per week, with every other Saturday morning. Additional weekend working may be required during harvest, this would be agreed with your line manager.
