Key West - Coastal Restaurant & Entertainment is currently looking for team members who enjoy working with people and are passionate about delivering the highest standard of customer service.
Customer care is very important to us, so you will be expected to be polite and helpful to all individual customers.
Cocktail & coffee knowledge is preferable.
We are looking for full time staff.
This is a seasonal role, zero hour contract. The nature of our business necessitates that the successful applicant will be required to work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
Your main roles will be:
Promote friendly, efficient and effective relationships with all customers and team members.
Approach all work responsibilities with a positive and proactive nature.
To serve customers displaying a happy and professional attitude at all times.
To ensure bars are stocked thoroughly prior to opening and replenished throughout the day.
Maintain a clean working environment and excellent hygiene standards within the department.
Serving food.
Serving drinks.
Cocktail, draughts & coffee preparation.
Taking guest orders.
Keeping guests up to date with the latest allergen advice when requested.
Working behind a bar.
Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range.
Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their order.
Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office.
Use the till for cash and card payments.
You must also be at least 18 years old and have very good spoken and written English. We expect you to be immaculately dressed at all times and be able to stay calm when under pressure and work well as part of a team and also alone.
