Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage and organise appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Handle correspondence via email, mail, and phone
- Maintain filing systems and update databases accurately
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Support team members with various administrative duties as required
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming at all times
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
