Skindays.com
Small team. Real work. Real responsibility.
We are a fast-growing e-commerce retail platform at the intersection of skincare /wellness, curation, and technology. We are looking for an exceptional person to own our day-to-day marketing output and help us build a brand that looks and feels as good as the products we sell.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to join the Skindays team. You will report directly to the founders and be responsible for everything the outside world sees : our social channels, our emails, and the visual quality that ties it all together. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn fast, produce great work, and grow. If you have a good eye, a genuine interest in skincare, and want real responsibility from day one, we want to hear from you.
What you'll actually do
Working directly with the founders, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of Skindays' marketing activity across content, email, social and the website.
- Keep the content calendar moving : plan and create content across Instagram, TikTok, and email on a consistent weekly cadence, on-brand and commercially aware.
- Lift our visual output : produce assets that look genuinely good: social graphics, email layouts, on-site imagery. A strong eye is non-negotiable.
- Support the email marketing programme : help build and send campaigns, assist with flows and segmentation, and track results.
- Keep the website current : update product copy, banners, and promotional content to ensure everything is accurate and on-brand.
- Help execute campaigns : support seasonal moments and product launches from brief to live: copy, assets, logistics.
- Track and report : monitor performance across channels and pull together simple reports on what is working.
Who we're looking for
We care about your output and how you think far more than your job title history. The following profile tends to thrive here.
- Around 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or creative role (internships count).
- A background in marketing, communications, business, design.
- A strong creative eye and work you can show us that proves it.
- Active on Instagram and/or TikTok, whether professionally or personally, you understand what performs and why.
- Some experience with email marketing. Klaviyo is a bonus.
- Genuine interest in skincare, beauty, and wellness.
- Strong written communication, real attention to detail, and comfortable working in a small team.
What this role offers
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Some product allowance & discounts.
- Office-based in West London, Monday to Thursday, with flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
- Quarterly team offsites & 1-2 team trips per year.
- Direct access to the founders and a front-row seat to how a growing e-commerce business makes decisions.
- Mentorship from a team with backgrounds across LVMH, Amazon, Farfetch, and Mytheresa.
- A clear path to grow into a more senior role as the business scales.
