We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as a scheme coordinator in our Supported Housing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that’s making a real difference in people’s lives.
About The Role
At Karbon, we want to create desirable places where people can live well, feel safe and supported without isolation. Our Scheme Coordinators are a key front
facing team providing advice, support and assistance to enable our customers to live well independently. You’ll be responsible for supporting customers and carrying out health & safety activities in the designated scheme. This will include completion of building nspections, reporting repairs, and liaising with contractors.
There’ll be a requirement to work closely with numerous stakeholders ensuring a seamless service is provided to our customers. You’ll build relationships to demonstrate strong partnership working with social workers, care managers and voluntary agencies to make sure our schemes are safe and a great please to live.
About You
You’re very much a people person and it is important that you are an excellent communicator with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload. You must be comfortable lone working as well as working as a team
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

- Salary is £26,916 per annum (pro rata)
- Location: Tynedale Grange, Haltwhistle
- 20 hours per week Monday to Friday
