The Job:
Welcome and engage with on-site visitors, building strong relationships to help customers find their dream home
Provide property and site information to potential buyers
Capture contact details and upsell services like mortgage advice and conveyancing
Stay in touch with clients via phone, email, or face to face interactions, ensuring exceptional customer service
Coordinate with developers and estate agency branch colleagues
The Person:
Previous experience selling New Build homes essential
This role may suit retirees, but we welcome applications from all qualified candidates
Responsible, reliable, well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills
