Key Responsibilities:
- Administering and recording medication safely and accurately.
- Creating, reviewing, and updating person-centred care plans.
- Leading and motivating a team of carers to deliver exceptional care.
- Ensuring high standards are maintained in line with CQC guidelines.
- Supporting residents with their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Communicating effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
