We’re looking for an upbeat & energetic person with some experience of a warehouse or yard environment and with basic mechanic skills who can look after our parts storage areas and work with our Team to fulfill orders from around the world.
There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and gain valuable experience within our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Keeping parts storage and packing areas well organised and tidy.
- Removal of parts from donor vehicles.
- Testing parts to ensure correct function.
- Carefully storing & labelling parts.
- Packing parts for shipping around the World.
- Support our Team in listing parts for sale online.
- Periodic stock takes and location checks.
- Fitting and removing tyres and wheels
- Washing off vehicles.
- Load & unload vehicles as required.
- Collections and deliveries in company vehicles.
- Assisting straightforward mechanical tasks as required.
Key requirements:
· Practical & resourceful.
· Well organised & dependable.
· Happy to work outside when required.
· Forklift driving (Training will be provided).
· Able to use hand and power tools.
· Energetic & upbeat.
· Working carefully & efficiently to get work done safely and on-time.
· Able to work independently but also under supervision.
· Full UK driving license.
Some mechanical and fabrication experience would be advantageous.
