The Role
As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the engine that keeps our hiring pipeline flowing. You'll serve as the first face candidates encounter. Running brief screenings, capturing detailed notes, and ensuring the right talent advances without delay.

Responsibilities
- Run brief, structured screening calls and candidate information sessions.
- Capture thorough notes and complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Apply established scripts and workflows to maintain consistency and fairness across candidates.
- Own your scheduling and weekly priorities to ensure the pipeline stays on track.
- Surface edge cases and non-standard situations to senior hiring staff.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support seamless candidate transitions.

Requirements
- A communicator with genuine warmth who can put candidates at ease from the first interaction.
- Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail, you spot errors before they become problems.
- Dependable and self-sufficient, you deliver without needing to be followed up with.
- Sound judgment with the confidence to know when something needs escalating.
- Composed under pressure with the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
- Availability for 30–40 hours per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Background in recruiting, customer success, or client-facing roles.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS or similar hiring tools.
- Prior exposure to startup or high-growth work environments.
