The Role
As a Secure Sale Consultant, you will play a key role in:
- Building strong relationships with partner estate agents to generate referrals
- Converting warm leads into signed instructions
- Conducting desktop valuations and pricing discussions
- Managing the full sales journey from instruction to completion
- Negotiating offers and ensuring the best possible outcomes
- Supporting buyers through the bidding and secure purchase process
This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where your expertise and communication skills will directly impact success.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within estate agency
- Confident, articulate, and commercially minded
- Passionate about modern property sales methods
- A strong negotiator with a proven ability to convert business
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
