Contracts Manager
Location: Hybrid Working (Harlow Office / Projects Across Hertfordshire & Surrounding Areas)
Salary: £55,000 + Car Allowance (Package circa £60,000) + Annual Bonus
We are currently working with an established and growing contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.

The Role
As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
You'll be responsible for managing programmes, coordinating operational teams and subcontractors, monitoring project performance, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects and contracts simultaneously
- Oversee project delivery, programmes, and resource planning
- Monitor budgets, performance, and commercial outcomes
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Drive quality, health & safety, and operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within construction or specialist contracting
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and project delivery experience
- Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively
