What We’re Looking For:
- Hard Workers: You’ve got at least 3 years construction experience and are physically fit, enjoying staying active on the job.
- Drivers: You will need to have a full, clean UK Driving Licence
- Team Players: You can work well with others and assist skilled tradespeople in delivering top-quality work.
- Reliable: You show up on time, ready to work, and take pride in getting the job done.
- Willingness to Learn: You’re eager to develop new skills and grow within the company.
- Happy to travel: Working over the South West, you need to be comfortable travelling across the area to support of site teams
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving duties
- General site duties including loading and unloading materials, cleaning, and preparing work areas.
- Assisting the site manager and skilled tradespeople with various tasks on construction and maintenance projects.
- Operating basic tools and equipment, while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- Helping keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.
- Representing Bell with professionalism and pride in every task.
