Chef de Partie – Join Our Kitchen Team!
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key player in the brigade, you’ll be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards while maintaining efficiency and quality.
The Job Role – Responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing a designated section of the kitchen
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in line with company and brand standards
- Assisting in menu development and ensuring consistency in food presentation
- Maintaining strict hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
- Supporting junior chefs through training, guidance, and supervision
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies to minimize waste
- Working collaboratively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team
- Ensuring efficient service during busy periods and maintaining a high-energy, positive work environment
What We Are Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative cooking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A team player with strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best kitchen practices
- A desire to grow and develop within the hospitality industry
