Responsibilities:
-Open table experience
-Knowledge on tequila and Mezcal
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- You MUST be able to manage a team
- Take orders and serve beverages to customers
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for food orders and delivery to customers
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Upselling skills to promote specials, cocktails, or additional menu items.
- Excellent guest service skills to ensure a positive experience for customers
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation is a plus tequila and mezcal
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and working in a team environment
- Understanding of food safety guidelines and procedures
-Speaking spanish is always a plus
