This is a fantastic opportunity for a long term career in Financial Planning, as a Client Onboarding Administrator in a Chartered Financial Planning firm. You will be required to work from our Grimsby office.

Due to recent and continuing growth, we are looking for a Client Onboarding Administrator to support our Paraplanner with initial advice.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Provide administration support to our Paraplanner, completing tasks delegated
- Assist with onboarding, research, and implementation
- Establish and build strong relationships with clients
- Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries
- Complete relevant training and maintain up-to-date training records
- Other duties as directed by management

Knowledge
Microsoft products and electronic diary management
Knowledge of financial planning
Skills
Highly organised, methodical, analytical, and disciplined
Excellent communicator (both verbal & written)
Shows initiative and takes personal responsibility for completing tasks

Experience
Previous roles within the financial planning industry is desirable
Qualifications
Certificate in Financial Services (CII R01 & LP2 exams) is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
