Full Job Description
404ClubNotFound, located in the heart of London's Leicester Square, is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, take orders, and serve drinks using our order system.
- Understand and assess customers needs and preferences, providing recommendations.
- Ensure customer safety by collaborating closely with the security team.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the club space.
- Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.
Skills
- Proven experience working in customer service or a similar role.
- A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
Job Types
Permanent, Part-Time ( Fixed Friday and Saturday)
Compensation
- £13 per hour with potential for increases (after probation period)
- Additional income from tips based on working hours

8-10 hours shift

Hospitality: 1 years (preferred)
Night club: 1 years (preferred)
