Capitol Cleaning & Support Services is a growing national commercial cleaning and support services provider delivering high-quality cleaning solutions to clients across the UK.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Mobile Supervisor to support our operational teams across multiple sites and regions.
This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with strong cleaning experience who enjoys variety, travelling between sites, supporting teams, maintaining standards, and solving operational issues.
The Role
The Mobile Supervisor provides operational support across multiple sites and regions, helping to ensure cleaning standards, compliance, and staffing requirements are maintained.
This is a shared operational resource deployed where needed to support Regional Operations Managers, Site Supervisors, and Cleaning Operatives.
No two days are the same. You may be carrying out audits, supporting a new contract mobilisation, providing emergency cover, training staff, or assisting with service improvements.
Key Responsibilities Operational Support
- Provide operational support across multiple sites as directed
- Carry out site visits to ensure cleaning standards and contract specifications are being met
- Support Regional Operations Managers with service delivery and issue resolution
- Provide short-term cover cleaning where required
- Assist with emergency staffing requirements
Quality & Auditing
- Complete quality audits and site inspections
- Identify issues and support corrective actions
- Ensure standards remain consistent across supported sites
- Provide feedback to Regional Operations Managers and the Contracts Operations Manager
Training & Inductions
- Deliver on-site inductions for new employees
- Support refresher training and standards reinforcement
- Ensure employees understand site-specific requirements and company procedures
Compliance & Documentation
- Assist with maintaining site documentation
- Support compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, RAMS, and company procedures
- Report any compliance concerns or operational risks immediately
Communication & Support
- Act as a professional point of contact whilst on site
- Work collaboratively with Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives
- Escalate operational concerns where appropriate
- Support contract mobilisation and service improvement projects
What We're Looking For Essential
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong understanding of cleaning standards and quality expectations
- Ability to work independently across multiple locations
- Good communication and people skills
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Good computer and mobile app skills
Desirable
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience carrying out audits or inspections
- Knowledge of COSHH and Health & Safety requirements
- Experience training or inducting staff
