About you

Full, current membership of CIPD

Degree in any discipline or equivalent HR experience

A minimum of 2 years' experience managing complex employee relations cases, or 4 years' HR experience with substantial ER responsibility

Deep knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice

Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
-
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
What you'll do

Lead on complex employee relations cases, advising managers and supporting resolution processes

Provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability issues

Assist with organisational change programmes and consultation exercises

Foster positive relationships with Trade Unions and key stakeholders

Deliver practical training on employment policies and employee relations best practice

Maintain accurate, confidential case records and stay informed on employment law updates to guide decision-making
