Hours
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7:00am–5:30pm
The role of Transport Distribution Administrator:
- Arranging and booking delivery slots with retail partners
- Booking vehicle couriers
- Supporting all supply chain procedures
- Coordinating deliveries, managing shipping documentation, and data entry
- Raising investigations for missed deliveries
- Creating inbound orders on D365 and WMS systems
- Updating and communicating with drivers, couriers, warehouse teams, and management
- Supporting warehouse operations including picking and packing during quieter periods
The ideal Transport Distribution Administrator:
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
- Understanding of courier and freight processes
- Accurate and organised with strong record-keeping skills
