Alpha Manufacturing, part of The HEX Group, is a privately-owned business fabricating sheet metal in the UK. Alpha designs and produces both sheet metal work components and assemblies. Established in 1989, the company now employs over 200 skilled experts. Utilising industry leading technology, Alpha Manufacturing have facilities to design, prototype and manufacture a diverse range of products all in their purpose-built sheet metal fabrication factory in the heart of Staffordshire.

Due to continued success, we’re expanding — and we’re looking for a General Assembly Operative to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling parts
Packing & banding
Reading & understanding drawings and standard operating procedures
️ Use of hand power tools
✅ Ensure all quality standards are met
- ️ Adhere to Health & Safety procedures
Ability to work to targets
The Candidate:
Experience of using hand and power tools
The ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team
- Experience of working in a fast-paced production environment
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills & timekeeping
