We are looking for a full time Baby Room practitioner to work in our beautiful Baby Room in our Outstanding Nursery.
We are looking for a happy, positive, reliable, experienced and knowledgeable person. You will be able to contribute to a safe, caring, exciting, stimulating environment, appropriate for our babies.
You will need to have an in-depth, working knowledge and understanding of working with Under 2's, child development and the EYFS.
It is important that you can work in real partnership with all our Parents/Carers, including holding Parent/Carer Meetings.
You should have high expectations for all children, including those with additional needs, ensuring that they are fully supported in all aspects of the Nursery curriculum.
Paperwork is not excessive here, but you will still need to monitor, observe, assess and plan for children’s development on a Tablet, keep accurate and up to date records of their achievements, progression and any developmental requirements.
Support the Team to action and monitor all Safeguarding issues and to ensure that appropriate action is taken, advice sought, guidance followed, and records are accurate.
