SNMS Job Role:
SNMS are looking for qualified Nurses to join our Custody Team to cover Edinburgh & surrounding areas.
Experience of patient assessment and / or Mental Health care is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided to every candidate.
SNMS require each candidate to be fully qualified and registered with the NMC. We also require a minimum 6 months minimum recent nursing experience.
SNMS Job Description:
Your core responsibilities will be providing care and triage to individuals in custody in Scottish courts, alongside being responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based care in collaboration with service users and the multi-disciplinary team.
However, you will find that this role offers a variety of different duties on a daily basis, as you will be providing healthcare to people of different age ranges and of different healthcare needs.
You must have the ability to treat prisoners in custody with respect and dignity at all times and be able to work flexibly and collaboratively across professional boundaries both within and external to the Health Care Team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £55.00-£100.00 per day
