Housed within a magnificently restored church in the heart of Mayfair, our bar offers a truly distinctive environment where old-world charm meets modern sophistication. We serve expertly crafted cocktails, premium spirits, and select craft beverages in an ambient space known for its character and lively atmosphere.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Mix and serve both signature and classic cocktails.
- Engage warmly with guests, recommending drinks and ensuring an outstanding experience
- Keep the bar area tidy, well-stocked, and in line with hygiene and safety standards
- Manage bar stock, support with ordering, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Work closely with your colleagues to deliver smooth, efficient service
- Promote high-quality ingredients and upsell premium offerings

- Bartending experience in a cocktail-led or busy bar environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for cocktail culture and hospitality
- Solid knowledge of traditional cocktails, contemporary creations, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- A fast-paced work ethic with strong attention to detail
- A positive, collaborative attitude and flexibility in shift patterns
