A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A recognised accounting qualification or equivalent experience in the field.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in the Not For Profit sector or similar industries (Independent School Sector is a bonus)
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary ranging from £40,500 to £49,500 per annum.
