Previous experience of working with the relevant Service User group
NVQ Level 3 in Care
Previous supervisory experience
Experience/Qualification in the Safe Handling of Medicines

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support junior staff in delivering high-quality care to residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the care home.
- Utilize IT systems for record-keeping and reporting to enhance care delivery.
- Drive to various locations as required for resident activities or appointments.
