Role: Customer Sales Executive
START DATE: 3rd August 2026
Location: Salford Quays, Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office post training)
Basic Salary: £32,000 starting salary, increasing to £37,000 after successful completion of probation and achievement of KPIs for six consecutive months. Rising to £40,000 after 12 months, subject to continued KPI performance.
Role Summary
As a Car Finance Advisor at this organisation, which operates within the car finance sector, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their car finance journey from initial enquiry to successful completion. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service while ensuring all processes follow regulatory standards.
Role and Responsibilities of the Sales Executive:
Your goal is to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, build long-term relationships, and contribute to the success of the business; driving a positive and supportive experience with customers is core to your work.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers applying for car finance across our website and other digital platforms.
- Complete a fact find with potential customers in order to determine their needs and requirements, inclusive of financial capability and suitability, and recommend tailored financial solutions.
- Act as the central liaison between customers and internal finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, compliance, funding, and post-sale support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance products, interest rates, lenders, and relevant financial regulations.
- Proactively follow up on enquiries and work closely with lenders to secure competitive deals on behalf of customers.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs relating to customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue generation.
- Ensure the advice provided is compliant to relevant standards (i.e. Training & Competence Scheme, Quality Assurance) and all activities comply with FCA requirements and other regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate, organised, and timely records within CRM systems, ensuring all customer files are up to date.
- Undertake any further duties determined as reasonable and necessary in fulfillment of the role
About You
- No prior experience in car sales required
- Confident, personable, and energetic, with a naturally positive attitude.
- You thrive in a customer-focused environment and excel at building strong, trusted relationships.
- Experience in account management
- You are detail-oriented, compliance-aware, and confident navigating financial products and lending processes.
- With strong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindset, you ensure every customer receives high-quality guidance and support.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience of working in a telephone-based, customer focused service environment

- Able to work compliantly to defined standards

Shift Pattern:
Working Pattern
- Monday to Thursday: Alternating between 9:00am–5:30pm / 9:30am-6.00pm and 11:30am–8:00pm.
- Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm.
- Saturday: 10:00am–5:00pm on a rota (approx. two per month)
- If a Saturday is worked, a weekday is given off in lieu
Office Attendance
- Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office once training and KPIs are met
- Training period: fully office-based
