We are currently seeking a Welfare Labourer / Site Labourer to join our team on a high-end residential construction project near Ascot.
This is initially a 3-week position for a reliable and conscientious worker. The project is high-profile and set to continue for the next year, offering strong potential for ongoing long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised site at all times
- Manage and keep welfare facilities (toilets, canteen, drying room, etc.) clean and stocked
- Assist with general labouring duties and supporting skilled trades as required
- Carry out regular site cleaning and waste removal
- Use hand tools safely and effectively
- Follow all site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Welfare Labourer, Site Labourer, Handyman, or Construction Operative
- Pride in keeping a site clean, organised and professional in appearance
- Ability to confidently use basic hand tools
- Valid UK driving licence or local to Sunningdale (essential due to location)
- Reliable, hard-working with a positive “can-do” attitude
