We currently have an exciting opportunity for a On-Site Linen Distributor to join us, based at Royal Stoke University Hospital, where you will oversee the day to day operational services of the linen room, in relation to the collection and delivery of linen and other services.
Working Hours -
- Monday -Sunday 06:00-12:00
- 7 days on followed by 7 days off
Key Responsibilities of a On-Site Linen Distributor:
- Ensure that clean workwear is distributed to the wearers designated lockers.
- Collecting used/dirty workwear from designated areas ready for the driver collection.
- Deal with wearers queries in a timely manner.
- Communicate with the customer and Elis service team to resolve any wearer issues promptly.
- Be a positive representation of Elis on the customer premises.
- Adhere to customer & Elis’s policy at all times.
- Meet customer KPI expectations.
- Assist in providing a seamless customer experience.
Requirements of an On-Site Linen Distributor:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of management and staff.
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Flexible and able to react quickly to the needs of the customer & Elis.
- Basic IT literacy.
- Self-motivated.
- Full training will be provided.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
