We've got an excellent opportunity for a HVAC Engineer to work on a fantastic contract based in North London, great opportunity to avoid commuting and driving around Central London.

As a HVAC Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems, troubleshoot / fault find, carry out relevant repairs, respond to emergencies and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.
HVAC Engineer Duties:
- Deliver both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across HVAC plant and building services
- Diagnose faults and maintain a broad range of HVAC systems, including VRV/VRF air conditioning units
- Monitor and control environmental conditions via BMS systems
- Identify and mitigate risks to plant and equipment, including management of critical spare parts
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of preventative maintenance programmes
- Maintaining Chillers
HVAC Engineer Requirements:
- Level 2 minimum within Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
- F–Gas (Essential)
- At least 3 years experience within commercial building services
- Client facing
- Ability to manage site logbooks
Salary and Package:
- GBP45,000 – GBP50,000
