We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Process and Technology Partner to join our team and play a key role in delivering a global HR transformation programme. As we implement our new HRIS platform, HiBob, this role will take ownership of supporting a successful rollout by working closely with internal HR teams and senior stakeholders to ensure a smooth and consistent transition across international sites.
Fixed Term Contract - 9 months
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day delivery of the HiBob HRIS implementation, working closely with the HiBob implementation partner to manage scope, timeline, and issue resolution
- Own configuration, data migration, and testing activity across all eight Biosynth geographies
- Coordinate system readiness with local HR contacts in each market, translating local requirements into workable global configuration
- Manage integration dependencies, including third-party tools connected to HiBob (e.g. time tracking, payroll interfaces)
- Drive user acceptance testing, training, and go-live readiness across a global, multi-site user base
- Build and maintain implementation documentation including process guides, system admin notes, and post-go-live support materials
- Map current-state HR processes across the employee lifecycle; design and document future-state processes aligned to HiBob capabilities and Biosynth's operating model
- Work with local HR teams to embed new processes and ways of working post-go-live

Act as the main coordination point between the CHRO, HiBob implementation partner, and internal HR stakeholders
- Maintain a clear project plan; proactively flag risks and dependencies to the CHRO
- Build effective working relationships with local HR managers across UK, Switzerland, Netherlands, Slovakia, Austria, US, and China
- Support the CHRO on broader HR transformation workstreams
Essential Requirements
- Degree level education or equivalent professional experience

End to end HRIS implementation delivery (project lead, not supporting role)
- HR process design and optimisation across the employee lifecycle
- Technical fluency with HR systems - configuration, data management and system testing
- Direct experience working with system implementation partners
- Multi country HR operations, particularly across European jurisdictions

Experience managing external implementation partners and/or vendors

Strong command of HRIS platforms - system architecture, configuration logic, data structures
- HR process mapping and redesign methodologies
- Project management fundamentals - plan, risk log, RAID management
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to translate technical detail for non-specialist audiences
- Structured, self-sufficient working style; able to manage a workstream with limited internal resource
