Senior Development Coach
Future Gymnastics is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Gymnastics Coach to take their
delivery of it’s fun, engaging and developmental programme to the next level.
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 36 hours a week
Salary: £30k
What does a successful candidate look like?
Essential
Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification
Full, clean UK drivers license
A minimum of 2 years Coaching experience
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to organise and motivate team members
Confident and outgoing personality
Great attention to detail
Reliable and trustworthy
Risk aware and confident in escalating critical information
Passion for supporting and improving colleagues
Desirable
Level 1 Trampoline Coaching Qualification
First Aid Trained
Safeguarding training and background
Proven line management experience
A minimum of 5 years coaching at a high performance level
Experience leading Squads and Display Teams
Successful competition and events background
