This listening bar is set to be a unique concept, bringing together the owners' shared love of music, food, and hospitality, with the sound system playing a major part in the experience. After years of searching for the right site, they cannot wait to see this vision come to life. They'll be championing some of the most exciting English wines alongside experimental cocktails.
The concept for this 60-seat restaurant is centred around Kashmiri kebabs and Afghan cooking through a modern London lens. Think bold flavours, fire-led cooking, and an commitment to working with exceptional ingredients.
We're looking for a warm and ambitious Bar Manager to join the team. You'll need previous bartending experience, enjoy creating cocktail lists, and be capable of training and leading a small team. You'll report to the Head of Beverages, who will be there to support and develop your skills. This could be a great opportunity for somebody looking to step into their first management role.
