Grounds Maintenance Operative
Job Type: Full-time / Permanent
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our commercial maintenance team in Boars Hill. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across commercial sites including business parks, retail parks, housing developments, and managed properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and general grounds upkeep
- Weed control and basic planting
- Litter picking and site presentation
- Operating mowers and powered grounds equipment safely
- Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
- Ability to use commercial grounds maintenance equipment
- Full UK driving licence (Required)
- PA1/PA6 certification (advantageous)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all weather
Salaried up to £14.50 per hour depending on experience
