Reporting to: Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Making hot drinks
- Customer Concierge:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Take orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Process cash and credit card transactions with speed and precision.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and neatly, presenting orders in an appealing and professional manner.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and address their needs promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout your shift, including wiping down counters, restocking supplies, and polishing equipment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to tackle end-of-day cleaning duties, leaving the shop sparkling for the next morning.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure hygienic conditions are maintained throughout the shop.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment by supporting colleagues and fostering teamwork.
- Remain flexible and adaptable, capable of handling busy periods and unexpected situations with a positive attitude.
- Learn and follow established company policies and procedures, including cash handling protocols and food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in hospitality is desired, but not neccessary
- Cash handling experience
- Basic food preparation skills
