Job Overview
We are seeking a Full Time Skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team.
Must be able to carry our repairs/maintenance and breakdowns on all Large Plant, ranging from 3t excavators to 30t Excavators , Dumpers ,Rollers and small tools
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
44 hours per week minimum

Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to minimise downtime.
- Diagnose faults or issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and effectively.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in accordance with company procedures.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times during operations.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fitter or in a similar mechanical role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in mechanical engineering or fitting are desirable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
