Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and safety.
- Lead and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement menus that reflect culinary creativity while meeting customer preferences.
- Monitor food production processes to maintain quality and consistency.
- Train and mentor team members in cooking techniques and kitchen protocols.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen activities.
