We work closely with brands, creators, influencers and commercial partners to deliver tailored marketing solutions, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, e-commerce, international branding and UK market development.
We are now looking for a commercially minded and creative Social Media Manager to join our London team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in social media strategy, creator/KOL management, digital campaigns and performance-driven content growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Social Media Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute social media and e-commerce marketing strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and other relevant digital channels.
- Ensure all social media activity aligns with the company’s international branding, commercial objectives and UK market requirements.
- Establish, manage and develop a network of content creators, influencers, KOLs and KOCs within the MCN and creator partnership framework.
- Coordinate cross-border brand promotion campaigns and support contract negotiation with creators and commercial partners.
- Oversee daily content quality, audience engagement and social media performance across official accounts and campaign channels.
- Lead digital PR activity, support brand communication and assist with reputation or crisis communication where required.
- Monitor and analyse social media performance data, audience feedback and campaign results.
- Use data insights to improve engagement, content quality, e-commerce conversion and overall campaign performance.
- Work closely with product, design, performance marketing and commercial teams to ensure all digital outputs meet UK market regulations and local cultural preferences.
- Prepare regular performance reports, campaign updates and recommendations for management review.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, influencer marketing, creator management, PR or e-commerce marketing.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and social media content trends.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, KOLs/KOCs, MCN networks or brand partnership campaigns.
- Good knowledge of social media strategy, audience growth, campaign planning and performance optimisation.
- Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, creators and internal projects at the same time.
- Commercial awareness and ability to connect content strategy with business growth and conversion goals.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using performance data to improve campaign results.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills are highly desirable due to the nature of our cross-border projects and client base.
- Previous experience in a marketing agency, creator agency, e-commerce business or international brand environment would be an advantage.
