French Speaking Project Manager - Packaging, Artwork & Localisation
Are you a French-speaking Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Account Executive looking to develop your career within a growing international agency?
We are recruiting for a French Speaking Project Manager to join a successful global packaging, artwork and localisation agency supporting major retail and FMCG brands across Europe.
This is a fast-paced and varied role managing packaging artwork, localisation and production projects, working closely with clients, Account Directors and internal creative teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standards.
Candidates from packaging, artwork, localisation, translation, creative production, marketing services or project coordination backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
The Role
As a French Speaking Project Manager, you will coordinate multiple live projects, manage timelines and support the delivery of packaging artwork and localisation programmes for international retail clients.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, meet quality standards and are delivered in line with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage packaging artwork and localisation projects from briefing through to delivery
- Coordinate multiple live projects across different product ranges and campaigns
- Track project timelines, workflows and critical deadlines
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal teams in both French and English
- Support multilingual packaging and localisation workflows
- Brief creative, artwork, studio and production teams
- Ensure work complies with client specifications and brand guidelines
- Maintain project documentation, reports and status updates
- Support production coordination, sampling and photoshoots where required
- Identify potential project risks and help ensure successful project delivery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
You will ideally have:
- Fluent French and English language skills
- Experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Account Management or Production Coordination
- Experience within packaging, artwork, localisation, translation, creative production, FMCG or marketing services environments
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
