Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a care home in providing high-quality care for elderly residents. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and support care staff in delivering person-centred care- Develop and maintain individual care plans for residents- Utilise IT systems for record-keeping and reporting- medication, Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals- Provide hands-on senior care including personal hygiene assistance, dressing, and feeding- Drive the delivery of excellent care services in accordance with regulatory standards
Requirements:- Previous experience in senior care is essential- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities within a care setting- Proficient IT skills for maintaining digital records and reports- Excellent communication skills to interact with residents and their families.
