Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Ensure all areas are presented in a neat and professional manner, adhering to company standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks within allocated timeframes
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting light to moderate loads
