Industrial Laggers – Ayrshire, Scotland – Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting 5 experienced Industrial Laggers for work on a major industrial project in Ayrshire, Scotland.
This role is ideal for industrial Laggers with experience installing insulation systems and protective metal sheet lagging on large pipelines, tanks and vessels.
Laggers Job Description
The successful laggers will be responsible for:
- Installation of technical insulation and protective metal sheet lagging
- Working on pipelines, tanks, vessels, equipment and flat surfaces
- Installing aluminium and stainless steel lagging systems
- Reading and working from technical drawings and site instructions
- Carrying out work in line with HSE and site safety requirements
Previous experience working as industrial Laggers on heavy industrial or shutdown environments is essential.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (Cladding or Thermal Insulation)
- Passport (required for site documentation)
- Proven experience working as industrial cladders
- Ability to read drawings and follow site instructions
- Experience on industrial projects (oil & gas, energy, petrochemical, maintenance or shutdowns)
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 11 hour days (10 hours paid)
- Overtime rate paid after 8 hours
- Saturday: 9 hours (8 hours paid – overtime rate)
- Rate £26ph / £30 if need accommodation - Overtime Rate £45

Start Date
Immediate start available for the right Laggers. Accomodation not provided, rate is inclusive to cover accommdation.
