The Role
As a key member of our venue team, you'll help ensure the venue is welcoming, well-presented, and running smoothly day to day.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Handling guest enquiries and providing information about the venue
- Processing admissions, bookings, or payments where required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
- Opening and closing the venue
- Carrying out routine checks to ensure the space remains safe, comfortable, and inviting
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the venue
- Contributing ideas to help improve the visitor experience
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a positive and approachable manner
- Enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Is reliable, organised, and self-motivated
- Has good communication skills
- Can work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends
- Takes pride in maintaining high standards
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, leisure, retail, or similar environments is helpful but not essential

Hours
Part-time, approximately 10–25 hours per week, with flexibility around availability and operational needs.
